WINE
We take care of our vineyards and wine cellar throughout the year in order to always offer high-quality products to our guests.
White and red wines, along with all the typical products from our area, are always available at your table.
In our vineyard we grow two typical types of Umbrian grapevines – Sangiovese and Trebbiano – and we make wine ourselves.
All our products are organically grown.
We grow cereals and forage based on an alternating cultivation method. We also have a coppice of about 30 hectares.
OIL
Oil is our strong point!
We grow about 1000 olive trees, many of which are centuries old, using traditional pruning and harvesting techniques.
We collect the olives and take them to the mill every day where they are cold pressed to produce a fragrant and mellow high-quality oil, respecting the criterions of biological agriculture.
